A fresh and easy recipe you can make ahead for grab-and-go breakfasts and snacks
rolled oats
unsweetened almond milk
lemon juice
plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
sweetener of choice
vanilla extract
lemon extract (optional)
fresh blueberries
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond milk, lemon juice, sweetener, and extracts. Stir until well combined.
Divide blueberries between jars, then divide oats mixture on top of the blueberries. Top with additional blueberries.
