Carolina Caviar:  A Perfect Party Dip

Carolina caviar is delicious, and healthy, and so easy to make!

Serve it as a dip with tortilla chips, or as a side dish, or even put it on top of a green salad!

Just Ten Ingredients!

- Sweet yellow corn - Black-eyed peas - Black beans - Red onion - Celery - Green chiles - Olive oil - Apple cider vinegar - Sweetener - Water

Using canned beans and corn makes this recipe even easier!

Strain the juices from the canned black beans, sweet corn, and black-eyed peas into the sink. This will get rid of most of the extra liquid.

Don't forget to rinse any extra juices off! Using a strainer makes this super easy.

Chop your veggies into small sized pieces so that you can get a little bit of everything in each bite!

Combine the dressing ingredients with a whisk and pour it over the dip

* This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days! * Can be served chilled with cocktail sauce * Blend the dip before adding the dressing for a smooth, spreadable alternative

More Tips:

* Add chopped jalapeños for a spicier version * You can add diced tomatoes for a salsa-like dip * Include chopped chicken or shrimp for a heartier dip
