Deliciously Guilt-Free Cannoli Cream

This Cannoli Cream can be used as a dip, a spread, or eaten by the spoonful, it's that good!

Only 6 Ingredients!

- Cottage cheese - THM gentle sweet (or any other low carb sweetener) - Cinnamon - Vanilla extract - Heavy whipping cream - Sugar free chocolate chips

Start by blending out the chunks in the cottage cheese, be sure to drain any extra liquid first if you chose a wetter variety

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything is combined

Stir in the chocolate chips, or top your bowl with them for a prettier presentation

I like to dip berries in the cannoli cream, but also love using a low-carb cinnamon dipper for a more cannoli-like experience.

* Add cocoa powder for a chocolate dip that goes great with fruit * Add orange zest for a more tangy dip * Adding chopped pistachios is also delicous!
