Grilled Lemon Pepper Shrimp

This Lemon Pepper Grilled Shrimp recipe is quick and easy to make, and it's perfect for a light and healthy meal. The shrimp are grilled to perfection and seasoned with a delicious lemon pepper marinade.

Just Six Ingredients!

- Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined - Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Fresh Lemon Juice - Minced Garlic - Salt - Cracked Pepper

Rinse the shrimp after peeling and deveining and drain while you prepare the marinade.

Mix the marinade together and add it to a resealable bag. Add the shrimp and make sure all the shrimp are covered by the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.

Thread the shrimp on skewers for easy grilling. I love the look of spiral skewers for shrimp! Shop similar below.

Grill over 400 degrees F 2ith the lid closed for 2 - 2-1/2 minutes, until they begin to turn opaque. Turn the kebabs and continue to grill about 1 more minute. They'll turn pink all the way through.

Do NOT overcook the shrimp! As soon as they're completely opaque, remove them from the grill.

* If desired, serve with lemon aioli dipping sauce * Can be served chilled with cocktail sauce * Serve on the skewers or remove the skewers for an easy appetizer

More Tips:

* Add a pinch of cayenne to the marinade to add heat * Use lime juice instead of lemon juice * Add a tablespoon of honey or equivalent low carb sweetener to the marinade
