Did you know: soaking oats overnight breaks down the starches and reduces the natural phytic acid in the oats? And this makes it easier for your body to digest the oats  and use their  nutrients more  efficiently!

What You'll Need:

rolled oats unsweetened almond milk nonfat plain Greek yogurt low carb sweetener of choice vanilla extract banana extract fresh strawberries ripe banana (optional) sugar free chocolate chips

In addition to being delicious, this recipe is also incredibly easy to make! Simply add the oats, almond milk, yogurt, sweetener, and extracts and mix until combined.

Layer half the sliced strawberries and bananas in the bottom of a container with a lid

Then spoon about 1/3 cup of the oats mixture on top.

Repeat the layers. You can add some more sliced strawberries and bananas on top. Or a small amount of granola for crunch.

Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, you'll have a tasty and satisfying breakfast ready to go!
