Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl: Mongolian Beef Style


Spice up dinner time with this exotic Mongolian Beef Eggroll in a Bowl! This easy weeknight meal is a fresh take on a low carb classic.

What You'll Need:

– 93/7 ground beef – Coconut oil – Fresh ginger, grated – Medium yellow onions – Minced garlic – Liquid aminos – Water – Pyure – Blackstrap molasses  – Red pepper flakes – Sesame oil – Glucomannan powder – Green cabbage – Carrot – Green onions

Start by thinly slicing all of your veggies, you can purchase pre-cut coleslaw mix to save time!

One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it can be made with one pot! I use a large dutch oven. Start by browning the ground meat.

Then you will cook in your onions, they will take longer to cook than the other veggies.

Add the cabbage and carrots to the pot and cook while covered until the cabbage wilts

Mix regularly to ensure the sauce covers all the veggies, and you're done! Serve in a bowl with green onions.
