Simple & Tasty Low Carb Salad Ideas

As temperatures rise, lots of salads are on our meal plan! These simple ideas are great for a healthy lunch or dinner!

Top your favorite greens with mixed berries, shredded chicken, goat cheese, and walnuts.  Dress with a keto-friendly sweet dressing (swipe for recipe).

Slice kale into thin ribbons  and dress with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add shredded Parmesan cheese and crushed pork rinds. Top with grilled salmon.

The BIG Salad

Start with a bed of greens. Add chopped bell peppers, diced cucumber, shaved red onion, half an avocado, hard boiled egg, and grilled chicken. Drizzle with EVOO, balsamic vinegar, and season with salt & pepper.

Put a scoop of tuna salad on top of some greens and add sliced mini bell peppers and a hard boiled egg. No extra dressing required!

Keto Vietnamese Noodle Salad

Konjac noodles keep this salad keto-friendly. Add grilled chicken, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and shredded carrots. The umami dressing brings all the flavors together!

Barbecue Chicken Salad Add shredded chicken to a bed of lettuce  with avocado, peppers, and cucumbers. Dress with low carb barbecue sauce. You can add some ranch dressing too if you like!
