Have you hung your Christmas stockings by the fire with care? We’ve got 75 stocking stuffer ideas to fill them for everyone in your family.
Wow…it’s December already!!
We hope you all had a wonderful memory-making Thanksgiving with family and friends.
Our families celebrated the holiday together and had so much fun.
It’s great to see our kids together…they’re like cousins…they don’t always hang out but when they’re together it’s like no time has passed.
We may have overindulged in lots of delicious food and drinks!
Some of us may have had to wear our fat pants for the rest of the weekend.
But it was totally worth it!
Tell us we’re not alone!!
We didn’t think quickly enough to get a tripod to take a group photo so AnnMarie hopped up on her chair and snapped her annual Thanksgiving dinner picture.
Remind us next year so we’re prepared and we’re both in the shot.
Plus we didn’t take any pictures of us or us with our husbands.
Oh well…maybe for Christmas Eve!

How to Host a Gingerbread Contest
After dinner, the kids participated in a gingerbread-making contest…it was awesome!
We bought one Gingerbread House kit from Michaels for each couple and they had so much fun working together on their creations.
The really cool thing about having college kids and young adults is they no longer complain about our ideas.
They embraced the contest like champs.
Plus no more whining about taking pictures…they happily pose and we’re able to snap a quick pic.
We love our “big” kids!

The Best Stocking Stuffer Ideas for 2022
It’s time to get our shopping shoes on and get to work checking off our lists.
Buying gifts for our family usually isn’t too hard since our kids are at the age they appreciate clothes and even new socks.
But finding smaller things to fill their stockings with…well that’s where we struggle sometimes.
It was so much easier when we could pick up Matchbox cars, Polly Pockets, or Webkins…ahh those were the good ole days.
As moms, we both love to stuff those stockings with fun goodies for our “big” kids.
I guess we’ll keep doing it until they get married and have their own children then maybe we’ll just do stockings for grandkids.
Heck, AnnMarie still gets a Christmas stocking every year from her parents! lol
So it may never end!
