How was your week?

Ours was super busy…again!

I feel like we say that every week.

But I guess that’s just what happens this time of the year before the holidays.

This week we worked on a fun DIY project for our Christmas front porches that we can’t wait to share with you after Thanksgiving.

And speaking of Thanksgiving…are you hosting this year?

I can’t believe it’s this week!

Anne and I (this is AnnMarie writing to you today) planned our menu on Friday since we’re celebrating together with our friends.

Anne and I split up the menu so we can share the prepping and cooking duties.

And we each roast a big turkey since there will be 17 of us for dinner and we want leftovers.

Because I don’t think there’s anything better than a turkey sandwich on toast with butter, salt & pepper.

Yum!

Now I’m hungry!

Did you see our posts this week?

Although Thanksgiving is coming up we have been working on Christmas crafts, shopping gift guides, and Christmas decorating.

We shared how to make the chunky yarn trees we were working on over at Anne’s.

And this week was our virtual monthly supper club too.

I shared my Christmas tablescape featuring those fun chunky yarn trees.

You have to check it out…I just love how it came together…and then you can see our friends tables too!

Anne shared a super yummy cocktail recipe that we had to sample after photographing it!

You’ll definitely want to make this pomegranate margarita recipe this holiday season.

And here is the best holiday dinner menu from our virtual supper club friends.

Now I’m off to clean up the dining room and stash my pretty Christmas tablescape out of the way for a bit while I get ready to host Thanksgiving dinner.
