Which is probably why summer is one of my favorite months to entertain!
Even though it gets crazy hot here in North Carolina, I still love preparing delicious grilled dishes paired with all types of salads, fruity desserts, and frozen cocktails.
This light and fruity raspberry cocktail would be perfect during the summer months!

I don’t know why I’ve never thought to add dill to my cucumber salads before and can’t wait to give this a try!

Main Course
I’ll definitely be making Michele’s Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Peach Sauce too!
Peaches might be my favorite fruit of all time.
When I was growing up one of the highlights of summer was the local peach festival.
