Hey there from AnnMarie AND Anne! We know we usually post separately, but today it’s BOTH of us. Halloween marks the beginning of the Holiday Season. Or at least it’s the start of the time of year that seems to be filled with food temptations.
Here’s some questions for ya:

Well. We’ve done all of the above!
We’ve learned that the best way to avoid those temptations and stay on track with our healthy eating is to be prepared. We made some low carb Halloween treats to keep in our house when the cravings struck. AnnMarie loved Snickers bars before becoming a Trim Healthy Mama. So finding a healthy option was so exciting.
